To safeguard all shared data, every client is required to sign a mutually prepared Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before work begins. This agreement outlines responsibilities and protections for both parties regarding the handling of sensitive information.

If a client prefers not to sign an NDA, we offer an alternative: signing a document that waives the right to arbitration and acknowledges Smart Entry Pros is not liable for confidentiality-related disputes due to the absence of a formal NDA. This allows us to proceed with clarity and mutual understanding.

All project-related files and materials are handled with strict confidentiality. Upon final project completion and client review, all files will be permanently deleted from our systems unless written consent is provided to retain them for recurring or future services.

To prevent automatic deletion, clients must submit a written request (via email or form) confirming their wish for Smart Entry Pros to retain project files securely.
